The consortium supports initiatives, development of research resources and tools, and hosts events to promote collaboration and 14th Annual NIH Pain Consortium Symposium on Advances in On May 30th – May 31st, 2019, the NIH Pain Consortium will convene the 14th Annual NIH Pain Consortium Symposium on Advances in Pain Research. To this end, the following goals have been identified for the Pain Consortium: Funding Opportunities | Pain Consortium PA-18-917 Developing the Therapeutic Potential of the Endocannabinoid System for Pain Treatment. The purpose of this NIH Pain Consortium-endorsed FOA is to support projects examining the therapeutic potential of cannabinoids and endocannabinoid system across a variety of pain conditions.
